A set of teak Shelves that are made to flat pack.
The shaped sides of the shelves have cut outs to receive the horizontal boards which are then held in place by wedge shaped pegs. This is a fairly basic form of construction but of course brought back into fashion by the Arts and Crafts Movement at the end of the 19th Century. The shelves have inset brass hanging plates to the uprights as well as two mirror plates to the top shelf. Circa 1900.
